Stereo, the only way I'd be cool with that is to have a dB contest. I do'nt care how it looks, I want it to sound loud and nice.

I think a lot of these would probably be best for actual meets. As for the site here, we could alternate between different things that we're nominating you know?

Next month could be "most JDM" the next, "most/best ICE" or something.

What ever ICE means I just caught on to what "murdering" means. Where as "stalker" used to be used for that, because you couldn't see the car at night.

Who needs a white van anyways.....

I like the idea of them at a meet. Maybe at the "East Vs West" Meet. But then you gotta pay entry fees to get judged to pay for the trophy and/or payout....

THere's alot more to running a Car Show with judging than just having a meet. I've been helping run car shows for the past 6 years, and I still only know the tip of the iceberg....

I agree that would be a good idea, and add a little but not too much oppurtunity for different style vehicles to win

i think if everyone wants to do the stereo competition thing you would need a decibel reader because for like me my 10's hit hard but i tuned them with my stereo guy to make it so all the base is heard inside instead of outside.

One thing we did for the judging for the hot rod show we did was have three independent experts. We had a body guy (for the body obviously), an upolstery guy (for the interior), and a mechanic (for engine, drivetrain, suspension...). That's if we wanted to go all out, then get a stereo installer too. But they all should be a third party, nobody from in the club, unless they aren't entering a vehicle to be judged.

And then there's certain guidelines they have to follow.....

Judging Certifications.....

if we get serious about this i might beable to get my stereo guy to roll with me. he will be dead honest and he use to do stereo competitions. he has a ton of trophys plus he could judge bass and sound quality
