what years?

From some basic research, none of the part numbers are the same and the 240sx rotors are thicker.

240sx lug pattern is 4x114.3 and SE-R brakes are 4x100 that is if you are talking about 98 and under. 2002 and up SER brakes may work i'm not sure on that.

Yeah im not sure but I have read that the bolt patern on a regular sentra is not the same as the SE-R Nd i Was looking at it and the look the same to me but who know they might b a little off. but the bracke calipers do fit if you get a bigger rotor
