Don't go with sleeve coilovers. They bounce all over the place. Get some nice lowering springs and you will be allot happier

Thanks! and yeah, I originally was just going to go with lowering springs with a 1 inch drop, but with the lip kit and in the winter i thought it would be nice to be able to raise it back up.

4th and 5th gen 'Ludes are definitely my favorites. And that blue is damn good looking on that car. Simple and clean at the moment but the plans sound good. I should upgrade to LED turns as well, now that I think of it.

Brian is right that sleeve overs aren't the best, but I've been rocking the DropZone sleeve overs since I bought the car and I have to say they aren't bouncy at all. A little stiff actually, but what do you expect from 3" of drop, ha ha. For the money they've really out performed themselves in my opinion, but I will be replacing with Omni Power full coilovers here in a bit though.

So i had to spend the night and then that was in the morning haha. Didn't really have a choice.... 4-6 inches my ass weatherman!

i'll post the pics once i find them... Basically what happened is i was headin out on a road I didn't know that well and it was raining and apparently icy although i hadn't ran into any. I was takin it decently slow at about 5 under came out of a corner and my buddy told me it was a straight so i gassed it a bit and the road immediately started turning right ( apparently he didnt know the road that well either) i was only going about 5-10 over and literally the second i saw the corner and slowed my tires broke loose and started into what probably would of been an awesome drift if I would of pulled out of it but we finally did a 180 and then i had no control and we went straight off into a ditch and hit a tree... My front bumper was on the edge of the road with my front tires in the air so there was no way I could drive away, some lady called the cops and they were there within 10 minutes of the wreck at least 4 or 5 cop cars as well as 2 fire trucks. Apparently my friends friend who i had just met that night had a four loko in her backpack she had that broke and spilled everywhere in the car so it wreaked of alcohol. Because of the odor of alcohol they asked if I would take a breathalizer and if I didnt say yes they would take me to jail for drunk driving, so obviously i gave them permission... Unfortunately I had had a beer earlier and blew a .034 or something which isn't even close to the legal limit for drunk driving nor enough to even feel it. Therefore they gave me a minor operating a vehicle after the consumption of alcohol since the legal limit for a minor is .02 instead of .08.

Everyone else in the car got an m.i.p. cause of the chicks backpack, except for her... She apparently flipped out on the cops and spit on them and hit my friend when he told her to calm down etc. So she got taken to jail till the next day then the judge decided that was enough and dropped charges on her so shes the only one that got nothing...

A lot of stupid shit came together to really make this a shitty ass situation and I know its all on me, even though I may have made it sound like its not my fault with my friend telling me to go etc but I know it is. I rode my bike every day this winter to work and back 4 times a day at 5 30 am and 6 pm in the below zero temps and even the few days we got snow... it sucked ass but you shoulda seen some of the looks I got in the mornings when cars were sliding all over on ice and a supermoto goes right past them lol. I'm still not done with all the court shit but I have a lot of debt atm and totalled my baby. At the time I was so pissed and depressed i just took the insurance check which was about half of what it was worth+what i had into it. Everyday I regret that more i should have bought it back and fixed it I miss that car so much. lesson learned the hard way...

Yeah I used the insurance check to pick up a 99.5 nissan pathfinder... I love it but I'm probably going to have to sell it since apparently my parents are moving to alaska and I owe them the money i was gunna pay back over time but not able to do that now... So if you know anyone that wants an awesome pathfinder for like 7,500 let me know lol
