I got a ticket, in MD, for changing lanes without using my blinker, but the officer wrote it up as making a right turn without using my blinker. Changing lanes wihtout using your blinker is legal in Maryland. Got off that one. Fucking waste of my time. And the cop was a dick.

Not to long after i got my liscense i was coming home from an almost 20 hour day washing dishes and hit the float line on the freeway. cop gave me a ticket for improper lane change. at the time i didnt know i could fight it and i didnt know you could get a ticket for driving on the line on the side of the road.

I got pulled over for driving on the fog line once, the cop let me go though.

I don't know if it's 'legal' in Ak, but he was basically pulling me over via stereotyping.

Yeah, I hate that old stereotype. Guys who are weaving might be loaded.

And Quentin "Rampage" Jackson was stereotyped :p

ok i was on sherman avenue in cda and was turning onto 4th street, got it up to like 5,000 rpm's and had my stereo blasting with the windows down and was trying to impress some ladies and them i get stopped at the light right there and the light turns green so i go and a bicycle cop knocks on my car and says if you run i will get you i have your license plate number!!!! so i pull over these to stupid bicycle cops are bulshitting about my new tailights and my loud exhaust. so one cop walks to my window and asks "so what kind of subs do you have in your car" and i was like i dont even have a stereo because before i stopped for them i detatched my face plate and threw it under the seat. (pretty sly) and anyways he bought that so i got out of half of my noise complaint ticket and then he was like well im going to have to ticket you for your exhaust, and i played the gag of "o, dude i didnt know it was to loud i just got it and didnt know so i got myself out of a disturbing the peace ticket. then finally after hes done bullshitting the very last thing he gets me for was my insurance card. so i got out of a big ticket it would have been a disturbing the peace, noise complaint, and a non current insurence card!!!!!!!!! so all i got was a fix it ticket and so i went and brought my new card to the courthouse and got it fixed then like a month later it said i had a court date like a week later and if i didnt show up they would arrest me and take my license away for 1 year and 4 months, but the cop entered the ticket 3 times so i got the second one fixed then a month later after that i got another letter and it said i was going to be thrown in jail since i didnt show up to court. soooo... i went down to the court house and raised hell and got it fixed!!!! and beleive it or not i have a clean driving record still to this day.

Damn that's a good story! Haha.

There's no exhaust db limit really here in the Ak, or atleast Juneau, so we don't have many problems. One plus to living in the middle of nowheresville.

When I first bought my Accord, the guy had taken the deck out, and left a fatty power wire just chillin' in my dash. So it was sparking and shit for like a day before I figured out what it was and taped it, but before I did, it had touched some of the metal or something, anyway it blew a fuse, caused my dashlights and tail lights to turn off.

I figured it was just my gauge lights, so I didn't worry about it too much, just bought the car, wanted to drive! So I drove with a friend to my other friend's house, and I get pulled over for no tail lights. The funny thing is, the cop tried for like 10 minutes asking me questions trying to get me to say I was racing that night, haha. Apparently there were a bunch of people driving around that night who might have been up to illegal activities, but I didn't know any of them yet.

I played the dumb card, "I just bought the car..." etc, haha and he ended up giving me a fix it ticket for insurance. Since I didn't have a card- just bought it.

i have been pulled over three times in the last month the first time was for not stopping completely at a stop sign... no ticket. second time was no front plate and driving in the passing lane when i was not passing cars i had two air fresheners in the car so he asked me if i smoked weed then checked my car...no ticket. third time pulled over for no front plate... no ticket. i have to be lucky because there were no oral favors given for warnings.

Wow, that's stupid. But expected for us I guess.

The air freshener one made me scoff aloud.

I don't have front plates, is that a state thing, or what? Jw if I'm gonna get in trouble down south at all.
