Indeed, we hope to have a big show, so the more teams that can come the better. We've gotten our first few registrants in, as well as a few more sponsors who should be on board in the next few days.
Wish you guys could have come, it will be quite the event.

Nice!
Will you guys be hosting CS4TK again? Charity car shows are getting more and more popular. Which is a fantastic thing, especially in times like these where people can really use the help. It is always great to help out!

We are working on it....not 100% sure yet....as you guys know planning a show takes some time...and with the economy and things it's been tough finding sponsors and what not for trophies and entertainment...so we will see! I'm hopin!
But really excited about your show!:-D

Oh yes, well I've helped out with car shows. Things like judging, or advertising, but never everything. There is sooo much involved and coordinating so many people it blows my mind haha.
Hope you guys do it! This year is lacking car shows.
Although Excellerator coming to Seattle helps take care of some of the void that BOTI Seattle and HIN Seattle left.

We're very happy with all of our sponsors, especially since they weren't asked to pay for the show, show promotion, trophies or anything of the sort. All was asked was they make a donation to the charity itself, and provide a couple raffle prizes for the people at the show. Because if we hit our mark for the number of cars there (which it looks like we will) we will be giving thousands to the fund. So we may as well pay back some of the enthusiasts for being so gracious.

If you look at the area in google maps, we have the whole parking lot to our disposal. Directly in front of the shop will be some shop cars, big tent sale items and various other things.
Further North will be the cars organized by team/club and various single cars scattered about.
Sounds very organized. :) Hope all the work pays off, i'm sure it will. Depending on my funds and schedule I may have to make a trip to good 'ol Oregon.
Whoring this a little bit on Twitter ;)

We sure are trying.
Having helped out with a bunch of car shows, and been to dozens more. I can say there is nothing worse than being awake at 8am to go get ready for it, and the people there don't know what on earth is going on. So we are certainly trying to correct that.

Ok I hate to keep shamelessly bumping this thread. But I just found this out and it needed to be shared.
Jerome Kersey formerly of the Portland Trailblazers will be at the show! Talking to fans, signing autographs and taking photo's. If you weren't going to come out before, it's totally worth it to show up now.
Check him out in this picture. (From left to right: Kevin Duckworth, Jerome Kersey, Clyde Drexler).
