Hey i am new to the forum. I am Kyle and I am addicted to rotary's. Yes I am 15 years old... NO I am not stupid... I know my shit. I have payed for ALL of my car stuff with my own money. No hating. I live in Lake Stevens WA and go to Lake Stevens Highschool. I raced a Quarter Midget sprint car for 6 years around the west coast and a Hornet up here at Evergreen Speedway. This year I am drifting at Evergreen and hopefully at Pacific Raceways.

Anyways I have 3 Mazda RX7's. My soon to by DD is a 1980 Mazda RX7 GS. It has a stock 12a motor, Racing Beat header, emissions removal, GSL rear axle (LSD, disk brakes), lowered 1.5 inches, COMPLETELY gutted and stripped interior, wheels and tires, and soon I am getting a 2.5 inch exhaust made to go with my Apexi N1. The car should be around 120 horse power and it weighs 2,100 pounds. Soon to be caged too! It is my first car and it is VERY clean, rust free, and straight for a 28 year old car.

I also have another '80 that is a parts car.

My real pride and joy is my 1988 Mazda RX7 Turbo II. It is a real '88 T2. Yeah is is kinda beat up right now but it wont be when i am done. The car can NEVER be street legal due to legal issuses so i decited to turn it into a strict drifter. It is going to be a Truckasaus like Earl's car if your familar with him (http://www.rx7club.com/showthread.php?t=624567&page=3). Mine will look a little different when it is finished. I plan to do stacks and paint it yellow. My T2 has a stupid amout of mods done to it. Just a few are...
1988 Mazda RX7 Turbo II. S4 13b 2 rotor rotary engine, single turbo. Full rebuild using 3mm apex seals/ FD side seals and springs/ new rotor housings, severe large streetport, ported wastegate and knife edge throttle body porting, series 5 turbo, 720cc secondaries/680cc primary injectors, Walbro 255lph fuel pump with Walbro adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 2571 engineering block off plates, PD elimination mod, XTD stage 3 racing clutch, ACT aluminum flywheel, Cut shifter, Eibach 1" lowering springs, RB sway bars, Aftermarket brake rotors (drilled), 18" TSW wheels(265r/245f), Autometer 6" racing tach with shift light, and Autometer Boost/Oil PSI/ Water temp/ AirFuel guages. The car came with no radiator, intercooler, intercooler piping, down pipe, midpipe, air intake hose/ MAF/ air filter, and BOV. The guy i bought it from said it should be about 280 crank HP at 10psi when he had it running. He spent a total of 2,137.50 dollars on the whole rebuild with lots of good hookups and best friend discounts. He only put 3,100 miles on everything.

So thats the Turbo 2. I have gotten some other stuff for it including...
stock '88 T2 MAF, stock T2 coils, Greddy 31v FMIC, Greddy Type RS BOV, JLP engineering MBC, Turbonetics stainless exhaust mani with T3 flange, Garrett GT37r turbo, and a Tial knockoff wastegate. I still need more parts to get it running but thats whatev.

I am 15 and i am proud of my stuff. Thanks for reading. :)

Thanks for the welcoming! :)

I feel like i dont have my shit together though. Thats the problem. I am having some coil wire problems with my '80 and it is FRIGGEN IRITATING!!! I cant get those fixed so the car cant run right now.

And I still cant get it through my head that I acctually own a Turbo II at 15. I cant even drive yet!!! But that car isnt street legal so i have alot less things to worry about.

But thanks. I am proud of my knowledge and I hope to keep it up til I die.

Haha, alright, well cool.

Ask some people around here about that stuff, I'm sure there'll be lots who know about rotaries to help out.
