Help needed with Neon

OK heres the issues my bros got a 95 Dodge neon sport but the thing has no brakes...it will only stop with the e-brake (the car has ABS). we bleed the brakes and that did not work...we changed the master cylinder and the power brake booster and still nothing. when the car is turned off and you pump the brake it builds pressure but as soon as you turn the car on and press the brake it losses all the pressure it built up. I also checked the ABS fuse that is in the engine bay and its good. I don't see any leaks on any of the lines. any ideas on what could be the issues? I feel like just burning the car but its not mine:incazzato:

Is the vacuum line to the booster clear and free?

Brakes are pretty simple. You've already changed/checked half of what could possibly be the problem. If you're not loosing fluid it sounds like you're loosing vacuum to me.

is there the ABS light on? It could be the ABS modual

It was not the vacuum line it was good and the ABS light was not on....well this is what I did. I took it to Les Schwab for them to try and find the issue with the brakes because all I wanted to do was burn the damn thing but it turned out to be 3 little O-rings(I would say two of them were the size of your pinky nail and the third O-ring was the size of your thumb nail) that were all cut up, not allowing the brake system to build pressure to engage the brakes. After the O rings were replaced and the system re bleed its started to work perfectly...all that was left now was to pay 91 bucks.
