does anyone know what the easiest way would be to get gas out of a 97 civic coupe? the car runs i wrecked it and want the full tank of gas i have in out.

Simple, Extend your fuel line from the fuel rail and put it into a Gas can . Hard wire fuel pump to a constant 12v and bobs you uncle gas will flow.

The tank should have a drain plug. But if not, just siphon it.

it's not easy to siphon gas out of a 97 Civic. They have a valve in there or something.

You can access the fuel tank from under your rear seat. Just take the fuel pump out and then siphon the gas out

Don't be a vag, I watch a co-worker from inside the car drill into a gas tank. Then we had to make a cut a big square to out and patch the tank from inside the car. Cut off wheels make lots of sparks... and everything was fine.

This method will not create sparks either way. Might get a little hot but if properly done nothing bad will happen.

If you don't care about the gas tank just do it.

Well that way would work if you are trashing the tank. Better yet just grab a Dead blow and a Nail one shot one kill. Less likely to cause sparks if you are worried about sparks dip the nail in a bit of melted wax

my honda has a drain plug on the bottom of the tank
