So, while my car is down, I figured I should get some stuff done to it. I got these gauges and this pod, not sure if I'm going to mount it here, or find some place else.

Watcha think, yay or nay? As you can see, the pillar pod doesn't fit perfect, but, it's close enough that with a heat gun, I can make it work. Don't mind the big ball of tube sticking out, that'll be hidden.

Not right now. I was just out surveying the damage to my car. I think I can form it to fit a lot better with a heat gun, make the plastic softer, then form it. IF I do decide to go that route, I'd like to color match it

They don't make A-pillars with the pods built in for your car? I personally like the look of gauges in the A-pillar.

Nope, they make em for the da Integras. Mine says its for a 90 to 93 Accord, but, it's just a universal pod. I think I can make it work.

I say go for it. The A-pillar is the best spot, I really don't like them in the dash or center console.

I was thinking the center console. I wanted to stay with the sleeper look, but, they'd be a pain in the ass to look at. I'd have to keep looking down at my gauges, taking my eyes off the road. On the a pillar, they're in plain sight, I can see them and keep my eyes on the road.

I just don't know about pillar pods anymore. They are like lowered cars. The thrill wore off, for me. First time I saw the A pi9llar pods, I thought they were awesome! Now....

Agreed with JetBlack -- except that I have never liked the look of them. To each their own, it's your car. But I think it takes away from the car. I don't like to have things constantly moving/flashing/brightly lit in my peripheral.

If I got one, it would only be a single pod.

Is that one for the DA?

It said it's for a 90 to 93 Accord, but, I think it's for the da. And the 3 gauges I got, I feel are good to have. I just need to get em hooked up
