View Full Version : I made a booboo.

So, I made a booboo on my front bumper, and now I've gotta do some body work to it.

After I'm done with the body work though, it'll need to be repainted, I'm thinking of only repainting part of the bumper, since the rest is generally okay.

You think this would look okay, temporarily anyway until I either sell it or buy a new bumper.

I should take some! I even have a new camera. That's what I'll do this break. Next clear day I'll find a spot somewhere and snap a few pics.

The trick is to find somewhere where nobody's around, haha. I feel like a loser if there's cars driving by, or people around and I'm taking pictures of my car.

try taking pictures of a group of cars as ppl are driving by and ur crouched right on the side of the road

haha travis that is a whole different fear. i meant as random ppl are driving by. haha how bout try taking pictures of action shots and cars taking turns as ur hiding under a guard rail!

Haha thanks. Yeah, I'm gonna keep trying to sell it all through winter and in the Spring, but throughout the winter I might have my stock front and rear bumper repainted and buy a lip kit for it instead of the body kit.

I guess I won't, now that I think about it. I'll try selling it as is for as long as possible, but if it's not sold by Mid March/April I'm gonna start putting it back to stock I guess.

Yeah, if possible I'd like to sell it whole you know, but if I have to I'll put it back to stock.

Selling my rims'll be easy enough I'm sure. If I can find a stock hood from a junker or something I'll take it and sell my CF one, 'cause my stock one is in Juneau, AK and shipping would be ridiculous to get it down here. Unfortunately.

I had some theoretical ideas, but I've dropped all of them, haha. Just because finding a car to buy is easy. First step though is selling mine, and that's proving to be hard, ha.

Once I sell it I could find a new car to buy in a day!
