CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Danica Patrick will announce on Tuesday in Phoenix her decision to drive a part-time Nationwide Series schedule for JR Motorsports in 2010, multiple sources told ESPN.com on Monday.

GoDaddy.com, which is handling the announcement at an 1 p.m. ET press conference, sent out a media alert late Monday afternoon. A news release Tuesday said that Patrick and JR Motorsports co-owner and general manager Kelley Earnhardt would attend.

ESPN.com reported last month that Patrick was in the final stages of negotiations with JRM to compete in about a dozen races in a No. 7 -- her number in IndyCar -- Chevrolet with GoDaddy.com as the sponsor. The source said that has not changed.

it's going to be interesting. I knew she was going to make the jump to NASCAR, just didn't know when. Biggest name in NASCAR and the biggest name in Indy getting together is going to be sponsorship heaven

Yeah and according to the article Godaddy.com is going to sponsor her car but only when she is driving it.

i knew that was going to happen. She is going to drive the #7 car in the Nationwide series. When Dale drives the #7 car, GoDaddy will sponsor it also.

Unilever, Fastenal and Delphi is probably going to sponsor the rest of the #7 car races (If they have any other than Dale and Danica driving) since they did in 2008.

he drives the #88 in Sprint Cup, this is Nationwide that Danica is going into. He drives a very limited schedule in Nationwide and it used to be the #5 car. They are switching the car number to #7 because that's Danica's Indy number.

The #88 Nationwide car is owned by Dale, but he doesn't drive it. It's going to be run by Kelly Bires this year.
