Yeah seriously... my plans are to build a completely new motor for a completely new car, neither of which are decided yet... But either way it should be a blast, and a damn good winter project.
i would love to have a new motor....turbo my f or drop an h in there but i dont really have the money to spend on one now :(
If you ever do an H swap, let me know, i'll come up and help.
i want to i just dont have the cash....if i had the 600 i would drive over and get that h from elite in a heart beat...

Maybe he will give you the deal of a lifetime?
i could only dream...i would take a day off and drive over for it....
Hopefully, if planned correctly I will manage to stay out of trouble during Winter Break... so no tickets. I find those are the best mods money can buy.

I really don't think I'm gonna do much over the winter. I too would LOVE to do the H swap. I'd like to get a few small bugs worked out, get my headlights adjusted, get a new grill... I need to clean my car, bad. Other than that, I'm not sure. I'd like to get an HID kit, maybe I'll ask for that for Christmas.

Im building a new F22 engine to boost about 15psi at least. Replacing all the internals, bore, hone, port the heads, turbo, new injectors, fuel rail, basically everything that you can do to your engine. Should be pushing over 300 at the wheels when it goes in. Than piecing together a new sound system on the side because mine seems to quite now and i want bigger so i can blow out windows haha!

Nitrous in January.
Vacuum the car.
Drinking and poker, tomorrow night at a SpokaneSpeed guy's place, with the rest of that bunch of clowns. It generally breaks out in video games and people not talking to one another for the rest of their lives. Or until they sober up and remember that cheats are fair and so is listening to your opponent's footstep on the cell phone.
Put up the fluorescent units in the garage.
Resume welding practice. It's been a while and I don't want to lose skillz.
Upper control arm install, when it's warm enough.
Swap out the old aftermarket aluminum driveshaft for the new one and send back the old one so I'm not sitting on a pair of SpyderShaft's $600 driveshafts, anymore.
Explore and expand my love of tequila.
Clean my car good and park it, Drive my subaru or my family's AWD dodge caravan in the nasty weather.
well my plans are changing!!! hopefully the h will be in this winter!! i cant wait to go get it tomorrow!!!
i should be in burlington around 1 to get it :D :D :D :D :D :D :D :D

I should have made commission on that sale!
Suggestions Jon....
Do the following while its out of the car:
Waterpump ($70-80 at most!)
Timing Belt (I went OEM, Honda -$90)
Balance Shaft Belt (Goodyear, $18)
All new belts
Let me know when you are going to do it :) Shoot for around my winter break and I'll come up and give you a hand. Keep in mind I will be gone to CA from Dec 21 - 27
You also may need the ECU.... But I do have some OBD 1 pins for hooking up V-Tec ;)
ya i plan on doing all the preventive stuff while its out, ie water pump, timing, i might do theh23 tensioner swap...im gonna get a new ecu either way...im glad you have the pins now i dont have to hunt for them

When I went hunting I cut off like 4-5 clips, someone was probably pissed if they were looking for a wire harness.
ahhh screw em lol
would it be easier for me to make a extra lil mini vtec harness so when install time comes it goes that much quicker?

Well spent all summer working on body work, so this winter's gonna be some performance mods.
Intake.
Headers.
All brakes/rotors.
Then some more cosmetic:
New front bumper.
Fog lights.
Seats.
DVD player.
Probably some more! Hopefully I can atleast get HALF of that done. We'll see, haha.
