Well the good news is my dash swap went great....but my turn signals aren't working. Everything works including my hazard lights and all other lights. But my blinkers do not work, not even on the gauge cluster.

All the fuses have checked out, the flasher relay is good, the switch is good. IDK what the hell it is. I've tried other suggestions from google but nothings worked so far.

Please let me know if you guys got any suggestions.

Could something have gotten caught up when replacing the dash and pulled a wire loose. Seems like wirin would be the only prob if your fuses, relays, switches are good.

check your hazard switch...if you have an extra try replacing it...your turn signals go through there

if you've got a multimeter check to see if you have power going to things, or a test light works, and then check your grounds and connections.

You are obviously out of blinker fluid.

lamo!

My dad is coming out today with his meter and we're just gonna start tracing each wire. After looking on google for a few hours it seems like quite a few people have had the same problem with no solutions. I did find out a way to ghetto rig it if I need to so I'll have that to fall back on if I can't figure it out.

there should be a flow chart for the troubleshooting of the blinker circuit in the service manual

Well my dad was able to figure out the problem wire. Still not sure why it happened but we got it fixed up right. Just gotta throw the stereo back in and I'm good to go!

So what was the issue

So what was the issue

Its kinda hard for me to explain but I'll give it a shot.

In order for the turn signals to work it needs to have a 12v switched power source (so when I put the ignition in the "ON" position.) We traced the 12v ignition wire (BLK/YLW) to the fuse panel, then had to locate the now YLW/BLK wire that is a result of the ignition wire. We tested it and found that it was not getting any power what so ever. When we pulled the plug it was connected to there was no pin for it to connect to, thus not giving it any power. So we jumped it to a new switched 12v source.

The conclusion I came to is that the new dash I installed was out of a 94 integra (mine is a 97) and the older harness must differ ONLY in that regard.

Not sure if that will make any sense to anyone but I tried lol.

Makes perfect sense to me.
