I figured we could give tips and people could ask questions.
So I am thinking about going golfing this weekend with my friend and wanted to know how would i get a picture of him where it shows the blur of his club?
Slow shutter, mid to high f stop depending on available light.

the slower the shutter the more the blur? Even though your shutter is shut does it still pick everything up?
This just means it stays open longer... the f will affect how much light it lets in as well.

if your not getting the blur you want and or the longer shutter speed is just making the whole image either washed out or all blurry, try lowering the exposure, and it will REALLY help to have a tri-pod. considering you DO have a dslr camera?

Get a remote shutter actuator. The Nikons have a cordless one :D Back in the day, the dealie was a cable that screwed into your shutter button and you pushed it, without you possibly moving the camera.
I still want to mount something like that to my .30-06, for benchrest shooting.
I have the one for the D60 if you want to buy mine Bubba..
