Domo sticker...
Interior:

C-pillar bar
"type-R" shift knob
chrome short throw shifter
rear seat delete along with trunk carpet and spair tire
Suspension:
Stock struts with Spring Tech 1.9" lowering springs
3-point strut bar up front
2-point in the back
Engine:
Stock D16Z6
Nameless CAI
Nameless 4-2-1 Header and downpipe to stock cat
Tsudo 2.5" catback exhaust
Future mods:
I am hoping to sometime soon get 12K HID's, probably new wheels (slipstreams) even though I just put these ones on, get my new drivers side fender painted and installed, a rebuilt EX tranny with a stage 2 exedy clutch and 8lb fidanza flywheel, and then, money permitting boost it. Plan on the same motor setup, with ARP head studs, Greddy 2MM headgasket, and thourough checking of the motor and then tuned on 8 daily for now. These are my plans.

Thats what people always tell me, but I beg to differ when to comes to certain things. You CAN get the same stuff on ebay without getting raped like if you were to buy from some companies, not ALL companies but some. And like you said, you can make a car just as clean with EBAY "junk" if you will. It's without a doubt a love/hate thing, and I definately love it...

SOME stuff I agree, for example I buy Nokya headlights from ebay all the time cause they go out...little things like that. I'm talkin like doing a motor build or wheels. I would never buy anything for my motor that wasn't name brand from ebay i.e like a turbo manifold or something made by XSPower...

Agreed, I bought bulbs from ebay once, they only lasted like a month or so, so thats definately one thing I wouldn't buy. I would buy, on the other hand, a turbo kit from ebay, I just wouldn't use all the parts from it, I have heard good and bad things about the manifolds, and the turbos that they come with. But for the price they can't be beat, which goes back to what you first said, "you get what you pay for".

How many ebay turbo kits (no name turbos/manifolds) have you seen installed and used over a period of time? Saying this in a TOTALLY non rude way what so ever--they are pieces of junk. The manifolds crack under any real performance gains and the turbos fail under the same conditions/time frame. You would A.)never put down numbers even close to somebody who paid for quality parts and B.)replace parts three times as often as they would. Now again this doesn't go for all parts like we both agreed on earlier, but force induction/motor parts---OH yes it does because I've seen it on numerous cars from civics to 240's on and off dyno's.
But to the thread, your coupe is externally very clean :-D

Thanks, I agree with you as far as I can, because I have only seen one full ebay turbo kit on a car before, and its on a guys LS DC that I work with, so far it's working fine, but he still has yet to dyno it and see what it puts down, it is a built motor on 15 psi when HE is pushing it, I'd have it on 20 if it was mine, like I said, its built.

are those ebay turbos water or oil cooled, or both?

Because it is an eBay kit I would be conservative when setting the boost when he gets it tuned...even tho we just wanna crank that boost up  For sure tho, an ebay turbo on a fully built motor wont last long.

You don't know what you're going to get half the time...ESPECIALLY when your running a built motor. Honestly, if you have a mild/stock internal motor and want to run boost buy a factory turbo. Something that has oem quality that was made to operate for 100k+ miles like a 16g/14g from an eclipse or a t25/t28 from a SR motor. For example the t28 is a factory ball bearing turbo with quick spool up that perfect for running 8-14 pounds. Please stay away from XSPower ppl...there's a reason why it's so cheap.
