IRCC from an auto-x forum I was on, the driver had put the wrong size lugnuts on or something like that.

you should hear some of the stories i have heard about perfucktion tire... I.E. BRAND NEW motor installed by them made it exactly ONE MILE before it seized up and needed yet another new motor... dude that installed it, did not check the oil at all, so it never got filled with oil, fried everything...
