I wish I could have gone to that. I fapped to the 64.5-66 Mustang. I wish I could tell what the Purple car was, a Boss is hemi in a Mustang, but the fender lines and grill dont look too much like a Mustang.

Yeah I'm not too educated in the classics , since that's where my parents always wanted to do basically every weekend in the summer time when I was a kid. I would hate goin to em and havin to be there at the butt crack of dawn and until 7 or 8 at night just sittin there. That's also probably why I got into Hondas cause the majority of that type car enthusists look down on Hondas, and would always be slappin gums talkin some kinda shit. Oh yeah the first car is my Dad's it's a 55' Chevy Post, Pro streeted.

You know why your dad's 55 is called a "2 Door Post"?

I'm not positive but, I know the post is like an RS Integra, it has the lowest options , like the chrome and shit. Is that right? Clue me in , cause like I said I never really paid much attention when I use to live with them when I was a stubborn ass teenager who wanted to stay in town and go to the house parties then somewhere outta town to a car show filled with a bunch of snobby ass old folks.

Here's your daily classic car history lesson:
Because a Sport Coupe 2 door (and four door, at least what they were called in 57) would look like this with the windows rolled up.

And this with the windows rolled down

On a "Post" (no matter whether it's a two door or four door), the window is fully framed, so when you roll the windows down, the "post" is still there.
(second picture for better idea, the pic of your dad's is kind of dark, especially with the dark color of the car)

Now you can impress your dad and his car club buddies.

As for the options like you said, I'm not sure. I think that's where sport coupe and such came in. I just know is got the name "Post" from the window frames.

Hey, I'm an old hot rodder at heart in a youngin's body. I remember when I subscribed to Hot Rod magazine, they would throw a tuner in the mix every once in a while. I got sick of the "20 Year Subscribers" who wrote in saying "I'm canceling if I see another powerless import..."
As the editor stated (And I strongly believe in this theory), "Hot Rodders" back in the day were the kids that took thier cars and made them personal appearing and perform better. Tuners are the kids today who take their cars, make them personal appearing and perform better. What's the difference between them and you? Only thier age and thier cars, but the dream is still the same.
